This Privacy Policy explains how SOURCEPROGZ LIMITED ("we," "us"), trading as The Factory Floor and GZ Visions, handles the information you share with us through our websites (thefactoryfloorhq.com and gzvisions.com), our messaging channels (WhatsApp, SMS, and on-site chat), and email. By contacting us or using our sites, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect.
We collect only what you give us and what we need to help you: the contact details you provide (such as your name, phone number, or email), the content of the messages you send us, and basic, aggregated website-usage data (such as pages visited) collected through standard analytics. We do not ask for or want sensitive personal information.
2. How we use your information.
We use it to reply to you, answer your questions, deliver the products or services you request, send you the resource or booking link you asked for, keep a record of our conversation so we can follow up, and comply with our legal obligations. That is all.
3. SMS and WhatsApp messaging.
Our messaging is conversational and customer-initiated: you contact our published business number first, and our labeled AI assistant (and Cengiz) reply. Message frequency varies — you only receive messages in response to messages you send us. Message and data rates may apply.You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. Opting out stops further messages on that channel.
4. We never sell or share your mobile information.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in / consent information are never shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties for those purposes under any circumstances.
5. Service providers.
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the business — for example, our messaging and telephony provider (Twilio), our AI provider, our payment processor, and our website host. They process information only to provide their service to us, under their own obligations of confidentiality and security, and never to market to you.
6. Cookies and analytics.
Our sites use standard, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic (such as Google Analytics). This does not identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing the core function of the sites.
7. Data security and retention.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and we keep it only as long as we need it to serve you, keep proper business records, and meet legal requirements. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work with established providers and limit what we collect.
8. Your choices and rights.
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email cengiz@thefactoryfloorhq.com and we will act on your request within a reasonable time, subject to any records we must keep by law.
9. International handling.
We are a Hong Kong company serving clients worldwide, so your information may be processed outside your country, including by the providers named above. We handle it in line with this Policy wherever it is processed.
10. Children.
Our sites and services are for businesses and professionals. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes.
We may update this Policy from time to time; the version published on this page is the one in effect. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
