The First Order Kit
A bilingual First Order Purchase Agreement for a single order, built in the same family as every other contract: the Chinese version governs, the company chop binds, and the payment is an advance payment, not earnest money, so it comes back in full if the factory fails.
It covers the order from end to end. The balance is due only after the goods pass inspection, nothing ships without a written pass, and the account you pay is fixed on the signed page.
